Trick or Treat 2019 Letter!

Hi! I hope that we have matched on something that you’re genuinely enthusiastic about, and that this letter provides some useful prompt ideas. My goal in writing them is that they can double for fic and for art (I am OK with both!) but please let me know if you need art prompts refined at all.
In general, I gravitate towards gen that heavily feature world building, close friendships, and mythology. I'm a big fan of giving everyone a tricky situation to navigate their way out of with a combination of smarts and force, and I like playing around with how a piece is told. If you enjoy writing epistolary fic, scrapbook stories, and similar formats, then please go absolutely wild. I love those formats.
In terms of do not wants here, I'd like to request no smut, no AUs, and no porn. Canonical level violence, sexuality, etc. is perfectly fine. Please do not include unrequested ships.
By and large, I've tried to offer both trick and treat options below, and have tried to specify my preferences where they exist, although for the fandoms listed, I really really have no problem with either tricks or treats. If you get stumped, but think you have something that might fit the idea of what I’m after but not match up to the request exactly, then by all means, please write it.

Fate/Stay Night and Related Fandoms: Lord El-Melloi II Case Files Edition
Gray (FSN&RF), Waver Velvet (FSN&RF), Reines El-Melloi Archisorte (FSN&RF), Svin Glascheit (FSN&RF), Flat Escardos (FSN&RF), Melvin Weins (FSN&RF)
I've loved the Case Files since they were announced as light novels some years ago, and I'm pleased as anything that the anime series has introduced the chararcters I've loved for ages to a much wider audience. I love Waver and his navigation of the Mageocracy, but I absolutely adore the relationships between him and his students, as well as Reines being an absolute hobgoblin at Waver. What makes this series for me is the interpersonal relationships that have really not been explored elsewhere in Fate/
Trick or treat: Case Files absolutely lends itself to tricks or treats, and I am very happy to recieve either. I'd love to see more of the classroom's outings with each other, Reines' wonderful and antagonistic relationship with Waver, what Waver and Melvin were like before the Grail War, or just about anything else. There's clearly cases we haven't seen yet either, and to see how those have played out will be lovely.
Alternatively, and if you want to be more on-brand with Halloween itself, I'd love to see how Clock Tower deals with Halloween in general, because I'm sure there's some opinions.
Castlevania (Netflix)
Alucard, Trevor, SyphaWhile I love everyone in Castlevania to absolute bits, the trio is really why I started watching and why I've stuck around. I love their dynamics, and I do ship the ot3. I love that Sypha's the one with the emotional brain cells between the three of them, and (as of now in Sept 2019) am so stupidly excited for s3.
Trick or treat: Like Case Files, this series lends itself to tricks or treats, and I'm very happy with either. I'd love to see a deeper exploration of the Belmont Hold and it's catalog, as well as Dracula's own personal collections of probably very ancient texts and his own high tech work. Trevor versus Dracula inventions sounds like it may well be wild. I'd also love to see the adventures the trio gets into after they come back from having transmitted the story of Dracula's defeat. Ridiculous action and adventure is very much my jam, and it's one of the reasons that the series is something I adore.
As a note, I'm not invested in extensive pining on anyone's part, and prefer to be at the point with the ot3 that they're established and all cool with it, if you're inclined to write anything shippy.

I continue to love BBB, mostly for it's world building and seeing how what was New York City has evolved and changed with the events of the series. The strength of Zapp, Zed, and Leo really help make it for me, and the whole cast is just full of people I enjoy spending time with.
Trick or treat: So...how does a city that's already spooky and bizarre handle Halloween? This is a little bit more on the nose than anything else I've requested with regards to the holiday and the spirit of the exchange, but I'm absolutely fascinated to know and explore this. Any character combination is fine by me, as is things being trick or treat.
