Hi! I hope that we've matched up on something that you're excited to write and that this letter provides some useful prompt ideas.

In general I gravitate towards gen fic that features world building, exploring little hints of deeper subjects mentioned in canon, and close friendships. I enjoy when stories involve navigating tricky situations, or when interesting psuedo-political matters get involved. Non-standard formats like epistlatory pieces and scrapbook stories are one of my favorite things, so if you're inclined to play around with format, I can only encourage you.

In terms of do not wants, I am not interested in smut, porn, and AUs unless otherwise specified. Ship matters are addressed fandom by fandom. I am okay with canonical level violence and sexuality.

Hi! I hope that we have matched on something that you’re genuinely enthusiastic about, and that this letter provides some useful prompt ideas.

In general, I gravitate towards gen that heavily feature world building, politics, close friendships, and mythology. I'm a big fan of giving everyone a tricky situation to navigate their way out of with a combination of smarts and force, and I like playing around with how a piece is told. If you enjoy writing epistolary fic, scrapbook stories, and similar formats, then please go absolutely wild. I love those formats.

In terms of do not wants here, I'd like to request no smut, no AUs, and no porn. Canonical level violence, sexuality, etc. is perfectly fine.

I'm okay with romance - although I will say that I find romance much more compelling when it goes beyond ‘this couple is in love’ and get into how the people involved in the relationship interact with each other on a daily basis. Seeing how they interact, if their relationship is built on gently teasing each other, working towards goals, or small acts of kindness that demonstrate their romance is a lot more interesting to me, since it provides an opportunity to explore the character's relationship with themselves as well as with the other person.

I'm always interested in seeing characters navigate tricky situations no matter the plot, and I adore playing around with story format. If you enjoy epistolary fic, scrapbook stories, twitter fic, or play around with how the text is being transcribed, I can only encourage you to go for it.

By and large, I love seeing what draws two people close together, how they handle adversity, and what adventures they have in their spare time. I'm always interested in seeing characters navigate tricky situations no matter the plot, and I adore playing around with story format. In terms of do not wants, I only request that there are no AUs, and if something in canon is expressedly within the realm of friendship, that relationship remain that way. Canonical levels of violence, sexuality, and bad things happening is perfectly fine.
